These hydraulic cylinders are specially designed for CNC tube-bending machines. Built with a heavy-duty tie-rod construction, they ensure exceptional stability and durability even under high pressure and continuous operation. The cylinder barrels are precision-honed and anti-corrosion coated, while high-quality sealing systems prevent oil leakage and extend service life.

Within the CNC tube bending system, these cylinders perform several critical functions:

Clamping Cylinder – firmly holds the tube in position to prevent slippage during bending.
Pressure Die Cylinder – applies controlled pressure to the tube to maintain roundness and ensure accurate forming.
Mandrel Extractor Cylinder – smoothly retracts the mandrel after bending, avoiding surface damage to the finished part.
(Optional) Booster Cylinder – provides forward feeding force to assist mandrel movement and improve bending precision.
