From Concept to Drawing

Each hydraulic cylinder starts with a detailed 2D or 3D drawing to ensure precision in every stage of production.

Define Working Conditions
Determine the working pressure and required stroke based on the actual application.

Select Main Dimensions
Decide the inner diameter of the cylinder barrel and the piston rod diameter.

Calculate Structural Parameters
Calculate wall thickness and outer diameter to ensure strength and safety.

Design Cylinder Head and Guide Sleeve
Determine the thickness of the cylinder head and the minimum guide sleeve length.

Determine Cylinder Barrel Length
Define the total barrel length according to the stroke and mounting type.

Check Piston Rod Stability
Perform stability verification to ensure reliable operation under working load.
