For standard honed tube sizes (ID 60 – 200mm), we typically have the raw materials readily available in our warehouse, allowing us to achieve a delivery time of around 10 days. For this particular customer in Pakistan, with whom we’ve had a long-standing relationship, we maintain stock of common sizes specifically for their needs, enabling an even faster delivery time.

After-Story:

In the next order, the customer reported that two pieces of tubing were damaged.
After discussing with my team, we believe the damage was likely caused by the customer’s delivery company mishandling the products or placing heavy items on top of them during transit.
Nonetheless, we have manufactured two replacement pieces for the customer and advised them to ensure their delivery agent takes appropriate measures to prevent such damage during sea shipping. The order continues as planned.
